Our modern life is really intensive and full of stress. People spend a lot of time working or studying, doing all different daily duties to be on the top. That’s why very often they have not enough time or energy to cook normally. Healthy food need time and it is nor a cheap pleasure at all. Of course, some people a fond of health eating. That’s why they prefer to eat in modern restaurants, cafes or even canteens. But a lot of people especially students are really fond of fast food. It is their biggest love and the greeter’s addiction ever.
It will not be an understatement if we named 21 century as the century of fast food the era of junk food products. What is fast food in general. We can explain this term as products that is ready to be eaten.
As everything in this word, it has some advantages and disadvantages. Everybody know that fast food is not healthy meal. It has too much sugar, fats and carbohydrates. Fast food addiction is the shortest way to numerous health problem as overwright , health problems, problems with digestive system or even bad skin.
On the other hand, fast food is really comfortable way to have lunch especially for people who always do not have enough time. Its impossible to imagine some student party without pizza, hamburgers or fried potato with ketchup or coca- colla. It is impossibly to go in some supermarkets or malls where you could not find the Macdonals or KFS restaurants.
Of course, regular consumption of such meal could not be useful but even dangerous for a person. And it is very important to refuse it in time. Healthy food can be also delicious.
Of course, one hamburger one time a month is not dangerous at all. You can enjoy it together with your friends. But do not forget that measure is a treasure. Fast food is not a system, it is an exaction. Even if it is really delightful.
Fast food problem is really big our days. Especially among the young people and children. I agree that it’s time-consuming to make homemade food every day, but we should think about the health first. I think it’s not hard to cut some carrots or celery and had it for lunch with some hummus. Really easy and healthy option!
